Jake and Britt Domer
Owners

Part of the power of the Express model is the combination of global infrastructure with local ownership. The Bellevue Express Employment Professionals was acquired in early 2009 by Jake and Britt Domer.

Britt and Jake have extensive business backgrounds with an emphasis in accounting and finance. Both graduated from the University of Washington Business School with an accounting concentration. Each passed the CPA exam while in college, and then went on to work in the Deloitte audit consulting practice before continuing their respective careers.

Prior to the acquisition of the Bellevue Express, Jake held a variety of executive roles at Washington Mutual Bank. His roles have included finance, risk management, strategy, production, and marketing. Most recently he was the senior vice president of WaMu’s Home Loans, Product Management, and Marketing area with ownership and accountability for managing all product management, marketing, affordable lending, and e-commerce activities for WaMu Home Loans. Previously, Jake headed up the Home Loans Strategy and Business Initiatives area. In this capacity, Jake was responsible for strategy, business development, vendor management, project office, product development, communications, and was President of the WaMu Insurance Services organization. Jake was the vice president of finance and controller at two different high tech companies in the Bellevue area (Tegris Corporation and Detto Technologies) prior to joining WaMu.

Britt most recently held the role of manager of investee services at AT&T Wireless. In this role, she was responsible for all acquisition and divestiture activity by AT&T Wireless, as well as, managing the consolidation and financial relationships with its domestic and international subsidiaries. Prior to AT&T Wireless, Britt worked within investor relations, SEC compliance, and financial reporting for drugstore.com and Nextlink (XO) Communications.
