Connie has owned and operated Express Employment Professionals in Central Oregon for 29 years and has 35 years of experience in the staffing industry. Connie started the Bend Express Personnel and Express Professional Staffing office in 1983 and opened the Redmond Express office in 1999. She is one of the original 20 franchisees of Express Employment Professionals. Today, there are approximately 600 offices worldwide.

Through Connie’s leadership, the Bend and Redmond offices have continued to win international awards and are in the top tier of recruiting firms across the country. This was illustrated by Connie and her staff’s designation as Franchisee of the Year in 2003. In 2005, Connie received Express Employment Professionals’ prestigious Gordon Blair Heritage Award in recognition of her extraordinary enthusiasm, positive attitude, and significant contributions to the organization. Connie has a history of active involvement in the community, which includes serving over 35 organizations as a board member or chair in Central Oregon.
