Stephanie is a 12-year veteran of Express and currently in charge of office operations for the Bend Express Employment Professionals office. During her tenure at Express, she has served in almost every position within the company giving her an extensive knowledge of all aspects of the business. Stephanie is a Certified PHR (Professional in Human Resources) with extensive knowledge of all labor laws and taxes.

With over 16 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Karen offers customized guidance for professionals seeking contract work and full-time positions. She prides herself on her ability to understand her clients’ unique requirements and has a proven track record for identifying top talent. Prior to joining Express, Karen was a Recruiter for Volt Accounting Specialists. Karen has a BA in Organizational Management with an emphasis in Human Resources from George Fox University.Karen is the Former Vice Chair, Central Oregon Workforce Investment Board (COWIB) and currently serves as a Membership Chair for the Human Resources Association of Central Oregon (HRACO) board, the local chapter of SHRM. In 2011, Karen was voted HR Professional of the Year by the HRACO members. She is also a Founding Member, City Club of Central Oregon.
Todd McQuillin

Todd is an experienced contract and search specialist with expertise in engineering, manufacturing and technical recruitment. He is well versed at identifying top talent that improves the organizations they join. He has over a decade of experience in the internet marketing arena, Todd served as president/COO for an internet publishing and data management company. In this capacity, he was responsible for the overall growth of the company, affiliate network relationships, optimization and campaign management. He interacted with the software engineers and marketing teams at some of the most prominent internet publishing companies to help enhance current products and systems as well as marketing campaign efficiencies. Todd brings with him the technical expertise and sensibility that is unmatched.
In his free time he is trying to keep up with his wife and three children, playing golf, mountain biking and skiing.
