Throughout his career, Chris has honed his leadership skills and understanding of the elements businesses need for success. He is a highly esteemed consultant for small, medium, and large businesses on personnel issues, successful recruitment and retention, and human resource law. He has a B.A. in business administration and computer science from Ohio University. He owns two franchise locations for Express Employment Professionals: Clermont and Warren Counties.

Handling the daily details of keeping a successful business running, Deb is the CFO of CDAN Inc., and co-owner of the East Cincinnati Express Employment Professionals office in Eastgate.
Deb is an alumnus of Ohio University with a B.A. degree in Computer Systems in Business. Upon graduation from OU, Deb was employed with IBM for almost 9 years as a Systems Engineer in their Marketing Division. In this position, she managed large clients in the Columbus and Cincinnati areas, and helped with their capacity planning, sales, and installation of large system mainframe computers, associated software packages, and DASD storage devices. After the birth of their two sons, Deb retired from the corporate life to stay home and raise the children. Once the youngest was in kindergarten, Deb volunteered and worked at St. Veronica’s Church/School as a 1st grade classroom assistant for several years.
With the purchase of their Express office franchise in mid-2002, Deb now handles all the finances and operations of the business. This includes payroll, A/P, A/R, Quickbooks, and taxes. She also has responsibility for payroll, benefits, taxes, and insurance for the internal staff at CDAN. Deb manages all workers’ compensation and unemployment claims for the associates working at all clients, and makes sure that all policies and procedures are followed daily to ensure their continuation as an ISO-registered office.
Deb and her husband, Chris, are passionate about serving their staff, associates, and clients in the Clermont and Warren County areas, and strive to make Express Employment Professionals the most respected, valued, and preferred human resource company in the area.
