Ted Maksimowski

Ted Maksimowski purchased the Hamilton, Ontario Express Employment Professionals office in 2003. In 2005, he partnered with Theresa McLaughlin to acquire the Express Employment Professionals office in Burlington/Oakville. In 2008, Ted partnered with Bruce Hein to open the Brantford Express office. Ted is a franchise developer for Express, responsible for identifying and mentoring franchise owners in southern Ontario. He serves on the National Board of Directors for the Association of Canadian Search, Employment & Staffing Services. Ted is responsible for the overall direction for the company and his recruiting and placement expertise is focused on placements in accounting and finance.

Prior to becoming involved with Express, Ted held the position of president at Bell Mobility Investments - the corporate venturing arm of BCE focused on wireless data and internet opportunities. He has held senior operating and staff functions in Bell Canada, TELUS, Peat Marwick, Thorne, and Dominion Stores. His educational background includes a B.Commerce from the University of Toronto and an MBA from the University of Windsor.
