Mike Vance has been serving the employment needs of client companies and candidates throughout the midwest for over thirty years. Mike’s staffing experience includes both permanent and contract/temporary placement of clerical/administrative, light industrial and professional talent. Mike joined Express in March of 2010 to start the Specialized Recruiting Group which focuses on identifying and placing high impact talent in engineering, manufacturing, accounting and finance positions. Mike and his wife of 31 years, Nancy, have raised three (grown) sons and enjoy spending time together with family, landscaping, playing golf, and watching football, hockey and racing.
