During her career with Express Employment Professionals, Sharon has been involved in the development and management of the diverse divisions included in the Express portfolio: Business Solutions (our customized HR solutions division), Professional Search, Permanent Placement, and our Contract/Temporary divisions. Today, Sharon is heading up the Specialized Recruiting Group division.

Bill Wyatt joined Express Employment Professionals Specialized Recruiting Group to further develop recruiting efforts in the Supply Chain and Logistics industry across Canada. Bill has spent the last five years in the professional recruitment industry working with clients as a strategic partner in sourcing top talent at the mid to senior level. Bill has developed many strong relationships with hiring managers as well as candidates in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation industries. Cathy Hooper has over 12 years of engineering and technical recruitment with supplemental skills in career planning and human resource services. Cathy began her career as a Futures Development Officer and employer liaison. She has recruited for international clients, managed on-site staffing projects and worked on large company hires. Cathy builds a strong foundation of trust and dependability with her clients and has a true interest in the career advancement for the specialized candidates she works with. Today, with the Specialized Recruiting Group, her niches include recruiting in contract Engineering and Permanent and Contract Skilled Trades positions.

Stephen Elliott joined Express Employment Professionals Specialized Recruiting Group to focus on and head up recruitment and business development in the sectors of Energy (Including Renewable Energy), Utilities, Power Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Skilled Trades, Engineering, and Management Operations. He brings 10 years of staffing industry experience managing and recruiting for large accounts such as Hydro One, Portlands Energy Centre (OPG and TransCanada Partnership), Sithe Global Goreway Station, and AECL. He also is aligned well to take on large staffing projects for TransCanada (Southdown Station) and Pristine Power (York Energy Centre) in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Today, Steve is a Contract and Search specialist in the Energy, Utilities and Power Generation niche along with Contract and Perm Production Supervisors and Perm Engineering positions.

Anna has over 14 years of experience in the Staffing Industry. She began working for Express in 1997 as Front Office Coordinator. Since then, Anna has held a number of positions within the company which has allowed her to expand her knowledge in Human Resources, specifically recruitment. She brings a customer service focus and a wealth of knowledge to our organization. Anna is currently managing a large volume account and is responsible for recruitment, selection and consulting. Anna’s dedication to client satisfaction has lead to developing a long term strategic partnership with both clients and contractors.
