Norm began his career as a General Manager with Express and is now co-owner of the Rochester, Winona, Eau Claire, and Menomonie offices. Prior to his current position, he led the sales and production teams at Minnesota’s second largest newspaper.

Glenn has a BS in Business from St. Cloud State University. He currently serves on the Economic Development Commission for the City of Lakeville. He is also very active in the Lakeville Chamber of Commerce, Lakeville Rotary Chapter, and the Burnsville Chamber of Commerce.
