With 18 years of experience in staffing and recruiting within the Greater OKC metro area, Bettye offers customized guidance for professionals seeking contract work and full-time positions. Bettye began her career as a generalist recruiter in the early ‘90s. She assisted in opening the doors of two independently owned staffing firms before moving into a role as a specialized recruiter for engineering and information technology. In 2004, Bettye joined Express as the manager of the Edmond location, doubling revenues within two years. Bettye has a bachelor of arts in marketing from Anderson University.

With 15 years of experience in the recruitment industry, Sylvia partners with candidates to accomplish their goals in seeking the right consulting assignment or full-time career opportunity. Her commitment to both client and candidates attributes to her success in maintaining long-term relationships in the IT, energy operations, and government sectors.

Sylvia began her career in 1995 as an account executive and recruiter for an Oklahoma City-based consulting firm. Prior to joining the Express team, Sylvia was the managing partner for an agency focusing primarily in the information technology industry. In her current role as a contract specialist with the Specialized Recruiting Group, Sylvia is leveraging her experience with both the government and private sector to expand opportunities for potential candidates.

With over 10 years of experience in the commercial banking industry and a small-business owner for five years, Ryan understands the time and financial strains that can be associated with finding the right employees for your company.
