Tom joined Express Employment Professionals’ Specialized Recruiting Group in 2011 after a successful sales and recruiting career in Ohio. Tom’s previous experience in medical sales and technical recruiting gave him a solid foundation in the industry. He turned his attention to the engineering and manufacturing management disciplines because of a clear void in the market for truly skilled recruiters focused on those skills.

Tom has quickly established himself as an indispensable asset to his client companies needing highly skilled, experienced engineers and engineering managers. His most notoable successes on behalf of client companies include locating an experienced welding engineer and skilled Allen Bradley PLC operators.

Tom’s focus on a very well-defined niche in engineering means he is able to quickly locate experienced candfidates for both contract full-time placement for clients with difficult-to-fill specifications. Tom has served clients in automotive, building materials, metal stamping, and design engineering. Engineering skills sets include robotics, electrical, quality, process control, and welding.
